Vauntium provides professional marketing services. Many of the services are deployed on the powerful My Market Toolkit marketing platform (CMS, CRM, Ecommerce, email broadcast, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy best practice marketing campaigns to drive client business
- Design campaign creative
- Convert campaign creative into web-ready, email-ready, or print ready media
- Deploy conversion mechanisms in My Market Toolkit and other marketing platforms (ecommerce, lead forms, ad distribution, etc.)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Leadership - Willing to take charge of a situation when needed
- Management - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at a time with tight deadlines
- Communication - Ability to efficiently communicate with clients and others on the team via email, phone, etc. - must use great grammar and style
- Attitude - Focused on solutions to problems and client needs and able to collaborate with team
- Creativity - Must be able to produce and deploy 5-10 projects of varying sizes over a 2-3 day period of time
- Drive - Urgently driven to help the team and clients succeed
- Purpose - Motivated to produce quality campaigns and conversion results to maximize a client's ROI on each campaign
- Proficiency - Efficient at producing creative and media required in campaigns (Software requirements listed below)
- Education - BA/BS in related field preferred (not required)
REQUIRED SOFTWARE/TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Dreamweaver
- HTML
- CSS
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- CMS tools
- SEO Understanding
- Understanding of web metrics (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of form submission, web site flow, email structure, flash usage, XML and other web technologies
- Thorough understanding of theme based web design
- Understanding of social media preferred
- Must understand color theory
- Software development skills (LAMP, Javascript) a plus
