Next Steps

1. Domain Name - Your website will need a domain name (URL) and we'll likely need access to it in order to modify its settings. In the worksheet referenced above, please provide your domain registrar credentials. We recommend obtaining your domain name from a reputable company such as GoDaddy:
   
   
2. Web Resources - We need a copy of all web resources you would like us to include on the website. The worksheet provides instructions. If you know you need certain resources but don't have them, please describe in the worksheet what you are looking for. We need the following resources:
   • logo
   • images
   • web files (pdf, doc, xls, etc)
3. Sitemap - Please provide a full list of the pages/articles you want us to add in this phase. You will be able to add others and modify the ones we post, but we need to know what navigation structure to implement to accommodate your pages.
4. Design - The worksheet allows you to specify design elements that are required. We need to know if there are specific colors or layout elements. If there are existing websites we should model your site after, please make us aware. We'll provide mockup images for review. We will be basing the site from the images. We want to get this step right in the beginning because it can become costly if we are required to redo major portions of the site.
5. Implementation - We'll keep you in the loop as we implement the design. We can make minor revisions at this point in the process, but major revisions may require a change in the estimated costs.
6. Deployment - We'll need access to your domain registrar account to make the necessary changes.
